Latar Belakang: Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional merupakan bentuk perlindungan sosial untuk menjamin seluruh rakyat agar dapat memenuhi kebutuhan akan kesehatan. Tujuan dari JKN adalah tercapainya UHC (Universal Health Coverage). Tapi tampaknya tujuan ini belum tercapai karena masih terdapat 221.471.196 penduduk dari total penduduk Indonesia yang terdaftar di program JKN ini. Hal ini tentunya menjadi pertanyaan tentang minat masyarakat dalam kepesertaan JKN-KIS khususnya mandiri. Subjek dan Metode: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran minat masyarakat terhadap keikutsertaan program JKN. Desain studi literature review ini menggunakan desain Traditional review, artikel dikumpulkan dengan menggunakan database seperti google scholar, garuda, dan SINTA (Science and Technology Index). Kriteria artikel yang digunakan adalah terbitan tahun 2016-2019. Hasil: Dari 10 artikel yang digunakan dalam literature review ini, ditemukan bahwa gambaran minat masyarakat terhadap keikutsertaan JKN berupa faktor- faktor. Presentase tertinggi bagi masyarakat untuk mengikuti program JKN adalah faktor Pengetahuan 50%, pembiayaan kesehatan 30%, dan sikap 20%. Kesimpulan: Sebagian besar minat masyarakat terhadap keikutsertaan program jkn dipengaruhi oleh berbagai faktor-faktor. Faktor-faktor yang dimaksud adalah faktor pengetahuan,sikap, dan pembiayaan Kesehatan.

Background: National health insurance is a form of social protection to secure all people in order to satisfy the need for health .The purpose of JKN is the achievement of the UHC (Universal Health Coverage). It seems this purpose been attained because there are still 221.471.196 inhabitant of the population indonesia enrolled in the JKN program this.Will be questions about this interest of the community in JKN-KIS especially mandiri participation. Subjects and Method: Research purpose to understand a participation interest of the community to the JKN program. Design literatur study used traditional design review, articles are collected using database as google scholar, garuda, and sinta ( science and technology index ).Articles criteria used is year 2016-2019 issue Results: Of the 10 articles used in this literature review, it was found that the description of public interest in JKN participation is in the form of factors. The highest percentage for the communityto take part in the JKN program is the 50% knowledge factor, 30% health financing, and 20% attitude. Conclusion: Most of the publics interest in program participation is influenced by various dactors. The factors in question are factors of knowledge, attitude, and health financing.
