Dalam rangka meningkatkan pelayanan terhadap peserta Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional Kartu Indonesia Sehat (JKN-KIS), BPJS Kesehatan luncurkan aplikasi Mobile JKN. Saat ini tercatat pengguna Aplikasi Mobile JKN versi Android sebanyak > 1.000.000 user dan Aplikasi Mobile JKN versi iOS sebanyak > 2.000 user. Sehingga dengan adanya hal tersebut peneliti ingin melihat tentang penggunaan aplikasi mobile JKN program dalam layanan kepesertaan BPJS Kesehatan. Metode yang digunakan adalah Literatur Review dengan mengunakan jenis penelitian Traditional Review dan dengan menggunakan rancangan deskrptif. Subyek penelitian ini adalah peserta yang menggunakan aplikasi mobile JKN. Tujuan penelitian ini ingin melihat factor-faktor yang mempengaruhi Penggunaan aplikasi mobile JKN program dalam layanan kepesertaan BPJS Kesehatan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor usability mempengaruhi Penggunaan Aplikasi Mobile JKN, faktor waktu mempengaruhi Penggunaan Aplikasi Mobile JKN, faktor pemberian pelayanan mempengaruhi Penggunaan Aplikasi Mobile JKN, sedangkan faktor kecermatan tidak mempengaruhi Penggunaan Aplikasi Mobile JKN.

In order to improve services to participants of the National Health Insurance for Indonesia Healthy Card (JKN-KIS), BPJS Kesehatan launched the Mobile JKN application. Currently, there are> 1,000,000 users of the Android version of the JKN Mobile Application and the iOS version of the JKN Mobile Application of> 2,000 users. So that with this, researchers want to see the use of the JKN program mobile application in BPJS Health Partisipation. The method used is the Literature Review by using a traditional review research type and using a descriptive design. The subjects of this study were participants who used the JKN mobile application. The purpose of this study is to look at the factors that influence the use of the JKN mobile application in the BPJS Health participants service. The results show that the usability factor affects the JKN Mobile Application, the time factor affects the JKN Mobile Application, the offering factor affects the use of the JKN Mobile Application, while the accuracy factor does not affect the use of the JKN Mobile Application.
