Banyak peneliti yang telah melakukan penelitian tentang faktor – factor penyebab pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan. Sebuah penelitian menunjukkan bahwa usia, persepsi JKN, jenis kelamin, aksesibilitas layanan berpengaruh terhadap pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan. Penelitian lain menunjukkan bahwa pengetahuan, persepsi sakit, dan kepuasan berpengaruh pada pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan. Tujuan : mengetahui gambaran faktor apa yang mempengaruhi peserta JKN dalam melakukan pemanfaatan pelayanan di Puskesmas Ngulankulon Trenggalek. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian survei deskriptif , Subjek yaitu Peserta JKN yang melakukan pemanfaatan pelayanan di Puskesmas Ngulankulon, Jumlah sampel 30 dengan metode quota sampling. Data yang sudah dianalisis di sajikan dalam bentuk tabel. Hasil : responden yang melakukan pemanfaatan berdasarkan usia 46 – 65 tahun 63%, usia 36 – 45tahun 13%, 26-35 tahun 10%, 17-25 tahun 10%.Berdasarkan jenis kelamin responden perempuan 83%, laki- laki 17%, berdasarkan pendidikan responden tingkat pendidikan rendah 63%, dan tingkat pendidikan sedang 37%. Berdasarkan pekerjaan responden tidak bekerja 60%, bekerja sebagai petani 33%, dan Karyawan swasta 7%. Berdasarkan pengetahuan responden tingkat pengetahuan tinggi 83%, tingkat pengetahuan rendah 17%. Kesimpulan : Gambaran peserta JKN yang memanfaatkan pelayanan di Puskesmas Ngulankulon adalah sebagian besar berusia 46-65 tahun (63%), berjenis kelamin perempuan (83%), tingkat pendidikannya rendah (63%), tidak bekerja (60%) dan tingkat pengetahuan tinggi (83%).

Many researchers have conduct a successful research study of risk factors on the utilization of health services. A study shows that age, perceptions of the JKN, gender, accessibility of services affect the utilization of health services. Other studies have shown that knowledge, perception of pain, and satisfaction affects the utilization of health services. Purpose: to find out an overview what factors influence JKN participants in making use of services at the Ngulankulon Trenggalek Health Center. This study used a descriptive survey research method. Subjects were JKN participants who made use of services at the Ngulankulon Public Health Center. The number of samples was 30 using the quota sampling method. The data that has been analyzed are presented in tabular form. Results: respondents who used the utilization based on age 46-65 years, namely (67%) of the respondents, aged 36-45 years (13%) 26-35 years (10%) 17-25 years (10%). The sex of respondents is female (83%), male (17%), based on the education of the respondent, the level of education is low (63%), and the level of education is moderate (37%), based on the respondent’s occupation not working (60%), working as a farmer ( 33%) and private employees (7%). Based on the respondents’ knowledge, the knowledge level is high (83%), the knowledge level is low (17%). Conclusion: The description of JKN participants using services at the Ngulankulon Health Center are mostly 46- 65 years old (63%), female (83%), low education level (63%), unemployed (60%) and high knowledge level (83%).
