Pemerintah membentuk BPJS untuk menyelenggarakan program jaminan sosial. Hak dan kewajiban selalu berkaitan, maka dari itu masyarakat dapat memperoleh hak nya dalam memperoleh kesehatan yang baik dan juga harus memperhatikan kewajibannya sebagai pengguna layanan kesehatan. Sebagian besar peserta hanya paham tentang membayar iuran, tidak paham mengenai hak dan kewajiban lainnya. Sehingga dengan adanya hal tersebut peneliti ingin melihat tentang pemahaman hak dan kewajiban peserta asuransi Kesehatan khususnya di JKN. Metode yang digunakan adalah Literature Review dengan menggunakan jenis penelitian Traditional Review dan dengan menggunakan rancangan deskriptif. Tujuan penelitian ini mengidentifikasi faktor-faktor yang berpengaruh terhadap pemahaman hak dan kewajiban sebagai peserta JKN. Hasil penelitian faktor-faktor sosialisasi, kondisi fisik, pendidikan, pekerjaan dan informasi ini mempengaruhi pemahaman hak dan kewajiban peserta asuransi Kesehatan/JKN.

The government formed the BPJS to administer the social security program. Rights and obligations are always related, therefore the community can obtain their rights in obtaining good health and must also pay attention to their obligations as health service users. Most of the participants only understood about paying dues, did not understand their rights and other obligations. So that with this, the researchers wanted to see the understanding of the rights and obligations of health insurance participants, especially in JKN. The method used is the Literature Review by using a research type traditional review and by using a descriptive design. The purpose of this study is to identify the factors that influence the understanding of rights and obligations as JKN participants. The results of the research on the factors of socialization, physical condition, education, work and information affect the understanding of the rights and obligations of JKN / Health insurance participants.
