Sesuai dengan Peraturan Presiden Nomor 82 tahun 2018, pemberi kerja wajib mendaftarkan pekerjanya sebagai peserta BPJS Kesehatan. Beberapa penelitian menunjukkan bahwa masih banyak pekerja informal yang belum menjadi peserta BPJS Kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk Mengetahui faktor Pemberi Kerja pada sektor informal yang tidak mendaftarkan pekerjanya sebagai peserta BPJS Kesehatan di Kecamatan Besuk Probolinggo. Jenis penelitian yaitu penelitian Deskriptif dengan jumlah responden sebanyak 30 pemberi kerja. Pengumpulan data menggunakan Kuesioner dan mempraktekkan e-dabu. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian besar responden tidak terampil, berpengalaman sempit, tingkat pengetahuan baik dan motivasi kuat. Saran dari penelitian ini adalah agar menjadi masukan untuk Setiap badan usaha seharusnya dalam interview tetap memilih calon yang sudah berpengalaman dalam bidang yang seharusnya di jalani di usaha tersebut.

In accordance with Presidential Regulation Number 82 of 2018, employers are required to register their workers as BPJS Health participants. Several studies show that there are still many informal workers who have not become BPJS Health participants. This study aims to determine the factors of employers in the informal sector who do not register their workers as BPJS Health participants in Besuk Probolinggo District. The type of research is descriptive research with the number of respondents as many as 30 employers. Collecting data using questionnaires and practicing e-dabu. The results showed that most of the respondents were unskilled, had little experience, had a good level of knowledge and had strong motivation. Suggestions from this research are that as input for every business entity, in the interview, they should still choose candidates who have experience in the field that should be carried out in the business.
