Masa pandemi adalah masa dimana wabah penyakit yang sedang terjadi pada geografis luas atau menyebar secara global. Kabupaten Sidoarjo tercatat sebagai salah satu daerah zona merah Covid-19 dan harus dilakukan pembatasan sosial berskala besar. Berdasarkan survei markplus yang menyatakan bahwa masyarakat enggan mengunjungi rumah sakit sejak pandemi Covid19. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui persepsi peserta JKN dalam mengakses layanan kesehatan pada masa pandemi Covid-19 di Kabupaten Sidoarjo. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan yaitu penelitian deskriptif dengan jumlah responden minimal 100 responden. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan googleform. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa jumlah tertinggi yang mengakses layanan kesehatan pada masa pandemi Covid19 adalah pengetahuan baik tentang Covid19 (48 responden), pendidikan terakhir SMA (41 responden), berjarak dekat antara tempat tinggal dengan fasilitas kesehatan (40 responden), kecemasan ringan (34 responden).

This study aims to determine the perceptions of JKN participants in accessing health services during the Covid-19 pandemic in Sidoarjo Regency. The results showed that the highest number of people who accessed health services during the Covid19 pandemic was good knowledge about Covid19 (48 respondents), last high school education (41 respondents), a short distance between the residence and health facilities (40 respondents), mild anxiety (34 respondents).
