Latar Belakang: Permasalahan ketidakberhasilan ASI Eksklusif addalah ditemukannya cakupan ASI eksklusif sebesar 64,74% dari target Renstra yaitu 70%. Penyebab terbesar masalah ini adalah kurang lancarnya produksi ASI pasca persalinan dan asumsi ibu bahwa ASI yang diberikan tidak cukup, sehingga petugas kesehatan memberikan susu formula kepada bayi. Penyebab lain dari kurang lancarnya produksi ASI diakibatkan oleh putting lecet sehingga ibu stress dalam proses menyusui pada hari pertama setelah melahirkan karena berkurangnya rangsangan hormon oksitosin dan prolaktin yang mempunyai peran dalam kelancaran produksi dan pengeluaran ASI. Metode: Desain penelitian menggunakan Traditional Literatur Review, dengan keyword berupa Oxytocin massage, back massage, breastfeeding, increasing milk, (pijat oksitosin dan peningkatan produksi ASI). Seleksi jurnal terakreditasi sinta ristekbrin dan scopus. 3 jurnal diambil dari database PubMed, sedangkan 12 jurnal terakreditasi diambil dari Google Schoolar. Penyeleksian dengan PICOS, kemudian dianalisis satu persatu. Hasil: Pada penelusuran jurnal diperoleh 15 jurnal yang sesuai dengan kriteria inklusi, interval perlakuan terbanyak selama 3 hari dan waktu pelaksanaan terbanyak pagi dan sore selama 15 menit. Hasil seluruh jurnal penelitian (100%) menyatakan adanya hubungan atau pengaruh pemberian pijat oksitosin dengan peningkatan produksi ASI. Dari keseluruhan hasil analisis jurnal memiliki nilai p value < 0,05 hal tersebut menunjukkan bahwa terdapat pengaruh pijat oksitosin terhadapt peningkatan produksi ASI. Kesimpulan: Pijat oksitosin lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan produksi ASI pada ibu menyusui dibandingkan metode lainnya.

Background: The problem of the failed exclusive breastfeeding were 64.74% of the expected 70% strategic plan target. The biggest causes that problem was the lack of smooth breastfeeding, especially after delivery to be giving to the baby and the mother's assumption that the breast milk giving was not enough, therefore health workers give formula milk to the baby. Another cause of the lack of smooth breastfeeding is causes by sore nipples so that the mother is stressed in the breastfeeding process. This can causes a decrease in milk production on the first day after delivery due to reduced stimulation of the hormones oxytocin and prolactin which have a role in the smooth production and expenditure of breast milk.. Method: This design research used the Traditional Literature Review. With keywords (Oxytocin massage, back massage, breastfeeding, increasing milk, (oxytocin massage and increased milk production). Selection of accredited journals Sinta Ristekbrin and Scopus. 3 journals were taken from PubMed database, while 12 accredited journals were taken from Google Schoolar. Selection with PICOS , then analyzed one by one. Result: From those journals, 15 journals were found that matching the inclusion criteria, the most treatment interval was 3 days and the most time was morning and afternoon for 15 minutes. The results of all research journals (100%) stated that there were a relationship or effect of giving oxytocin massage with increased milk production. Overall results of the journal analysis, the p value < 0.05, it shows that there is an effect of oxytocin massage on increasing breast milk production. Conclusion: oxytocin massage was more effective in increasing milk production in nursing mothers than other methods.
