Telah dilakukan penelitian analisis kadar flavonoid total daun sintrong mentah, rebus, dan tumis (Crassocephalum Crepidioides) dengan metode spektrofotometri UV-Vis. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah mengetahui kadar flavonoid total yang terkandung pada daun sintrong mentah, rebus, dan tumis (Crassocephalum Crepidioides). Ekstraksi kandungan kimia dari daun sintrong (Crassocephalum Crepidioides) dilakukan dengan metode maserasi menggunakan etanol 96%. Untuk menentukan senyawa flavonoid pada ekstrak sampel, maka dilakukan analisa senyawa menggunakan spektrofotometri UV-Vis. Dari hasil penelitian diperoleh kadar flavonoid total total sebesar 0,3038 mg QE/g atau 30,38 % untuk daun sintrong mentah, untuk kadar flavonoid total pada daun sintrong rebus yaitu sebesar 0,2477 mg QE/g atau sebesar 24,77%, dan untuk kadar flavonoid total pada daun sintrong tumis yaitu sebesar 0,1157 mg QE/g atau 11,57%.

Analysis of the total flavonoid content of raw, boiled, and stir-fried sintrong leaves (Crassocephalum Crepidioides) has been carried out using UV-Vis spectrophotometry method. The purpose of this study was to determine the total flavonoid content contained in raw, boiled, and stir-fried sintrong leaves (Crassocephalum Crepidioides). Extraction of chemical content from the leaves of sintrong (Crassocephalum Crepidioides) was carried out by maceration method using 96% ethanol. To determine the flavonoid compounds in the sample extract, a compound analysis was performed using UV-Vis spectrophotometry. From the results of the study, the total total flavonoid content was 0.3038 mg QE/g or 30.38% for raw sintrong leaves, for total flavonoid levels in boiled sintrong leaves was 0.2477 mg QE/g or 24.77%, and the total flavonoid content in sauteed sintrong leaves was 0.1157 mg QE/g or 11.57%.
