Berdasarkan hasil survey kepada 10 (sepuluh) peserta BPJS Kesehatan yang ada di Kelurahan Ardirejo sebagian besar dari mereka telah memahami penggunaan Pandawa. Sejumlah 4 (empat) orang yang menyatakan paham, 4 (empat) orang menyatakan kurang paham dan 2 orang menyatakan tidak paham dalam penggunaan layanan Pandawa. Berdasarkan data ini dapat diketahui bahwa peserta BPJS belum memahami sepenuhnya tentang cara-cara penggunaan layanan pandawa. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pemahaman Peserta PBPU dalam penggunaan layana Pandawa di Kelurahan Ardirejo Kecamatan Kepanjen. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode penelitian jenis deskriptif dengan pendekatan kualitatif. Dalam penelitian ini penulis menggunakan teknik pusposive sampling yaitu pengambilan sampel sumber data dengan kriteria tertentu. Fokus studi pada penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pemahaman peserta bukan penerima upah pada penggunaan layanan Pandawa di Kelurahan Ardirejo Kecamatan Kepanjen berdasarkan aspek prosedur pelayanan, manfaat, tanggapan, dan kendala dengan mengacu pada Teori Taksonomi Bloom revisi oleh Krathwohl dan Anderson (2001). Hasil penelitian ini diperoleh yakni; pada aspek prosedur pelayanan yaitu peserta masuk dalam kategori level mengaplikasikan (applying), pada aspek manfaat yaitu peserta masuk dalam kategori level menganalisis (analyzing), pada aspek tanggapan yaitu peserta masuk dalam kategori level mengevaluasi (evaluating), dan pada aspek kendala yaitu peserta masuk dalam kategori level menganalisis (analyzing). Dalam hal ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa peserta bukan penerima upah di kelurahan Ardirejo sudah memahami penggunaan layanan pandawa.

Based on the results of a survey of 10 (ten) BPJS Health participants in Ardirejo Village, most of them have understood the use of Pandawa. A total of 4 (four) people stated they understood, 4 (four) people stated they did not understand and 2 people stated they did not understand the use of Pandawa services. Based on this data, it can be seen that BPJS participants do not fully understand how to use pandawa services. The purpose of this study was to find out the understanding of PBPU participants in using Pandawa services in Ardirejo Village, Kepanjen District. This research uses a descriptive research method with a qualitative approach. In this study the authors used a purposive sampling technique, namely sampling data sources with certain criteria. The focus of the study in this study was to determine the understanding of participants who were not wage earners on the use of Pandawa services in Ardirejo Village, Kepanjen District based on aspects of service procedures, benefits, responses, and constraints with reference to Bloom's Taxonomy Theory revision by Krathwohl and Anderson (2001). The results of this study were obtained namely; on the aspect of service procedures, namely the participants are included in the level of applying (applying), on the aspect of benefits, namely the participants are included in the category of analyzing (analyzing) level, on the response aspect, namely the participants are included in the category of evaluating level (evaluating), and on the aspect of constraints, namely the participants are included in the category of analyzing (analyzing) level. In this case it can be concluded that participants who are not wage earners in the Ardirejo sub-district already understand the use of pandawa services
