Kegiatan pelaksanaan Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional di Puskesmas Jatilawang sangat disayangkan ketika ternyata masih banyak lapisan masyarakat yang tidak memahami prosedur dan cara berobat dengan menggunakan layanan BPJS akibat kurang terpapar informasi. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mengetahui tingkat pengetahuan peserta JKN terhadap pelayanan promotif dan preventif yang diberikan BPJS Kesehatan di Puskesmas Kauman Tulungagung. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Dilakukan terhadap 100 responden yang merupakan peserta JKN di Puskesmas Kauman dan variabel yang meliputi pengetahuan, umur, jenis kelamin, dan tingkat pendidikan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah responden yang memiliki tingkat pengetahuan kategori “baik” sebanyak 89 orang (89%). Karakteristik responden sebagian besar usia 26-35 tahun sebanyak 38 orang (38%), jenis kelamin terbanyak adalah laki laki sebanyak 90 orang (90%), dengan tingkat pendidikan terakhir menengah SM/SMK sebanyak 41 orang (41%).

The implementation of the National Health Insurance program at the Jatilawang Health Center is very unfortunate when it turns out that there are still many layers of society who do not understand the procedures and how to seek treatment using BPJS services due to lack of exposure to information. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of knowledge of JKN participants regarding promotive and preventive services provided by BPJS Health at the Kauman Tulungagung Health Center. This study uses a quantitative descriptive with a cross sectional approach. It was carried out on 100 respondents who were JKN participants at the Kauman Health Center and the variables included knowledge, age, gender, and level of education. The results of this study were 89 respondents (89%) who had a level of knowledge in the "good" category. Characteristics of the majority of respondents aged 26-35 years as many as 38 people (38%), the sex of the majority is male as many as 90 people (90%), with the last secondary education level SM/SMK as many as 41 people (41%).
