Salah satu indikator mutu pelayanan rekam medis di rumah sakit adalah kelengkapan resume medis. Standar Pelayanan Minimal (SPM) kelengkapan dari resume medis yaitu 100%. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menganalisis hubungan pengetahuan, status kepegawaian, dan masa kerja dokter dengan kelengkapan resume medis pasien rawat inap di RS Wava Husada tahun 2023. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional study. Populasi penelitian ini adalah 59 DPJP dan resume medis pada bulan Oktober yaitu 2.143 pasien rawat inap. Jumlah responden pada penelitian ini adalah 24 DPJP dan 96 resume medis berdasarkan purposive sampling yang didasarkan pada resume medis dengan DPJP yang menjadi responden. Kelengkapan resume medis didapatkan melalui analisis kuantitatif. Data dianalisis secara univariat dan bivariat. Analisis bivariat menggunakan uji chi-square. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat 57 resume medis lengkap dan 39 resume medis tidak lengkap. Tingkat pengetahuan DPJP kategori baik terdapat 19 dokter dan kategori kurang baik 5 dokter. Status kepegawaian DPJP kategori paruh waktu terdapat 23 dokter dan purna waktu terdapat 1 dokter. Masa kerja baru terdapat 14 dokter dan masa kerja lama terdapat 10 dokter. Tidak ada hubungan antara pengetahuan (sig. 0,118), status kepegawaian (sig. 0,375), dan masa kerja (sig.0,092) dengan kelengkapan resume medis di RS Wava Husada. Sebagai kesimpulan, kelengkapan pengisian resume medis tidak dipengaruhi oleh pengetahuan, status kepegawaian, dan masa kerja dokter. One of the quality indicator of hospital record service is the completion of a medical resume. A standard of minimal service (SPM) completeness from a medical resume is 100%. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationships of knowledge, employment status, and the working time of the doctor with the medical resume of an outpatient patient at wava husada hospital in 2023. This type of study is a quantitative study with a sectional study approach. The population of the study is 59 DPJP and medical resumes in October of 2,143 inpatient patients. The number of respondents on this study is 24 DPJP and 96 medical resumes based on exceptional sampling based on a medical resume with a DPJP being the respondents. For a medical resume to be obtained through quantitative analysis. Data was analyzed variously and bivariously. Bivariate analysis USES the chi-square test. Studies show 57 complete medical resumes and 39 incomplete medical resumes. Both DPJP's knowledge levels include 19 doctors and 5 less doctors. DPJP's part-time employment status is 23 doctors and full time is 1 doctor. A new work term has 14 doctors and a long term has 10. There is no link between knowledge (sig. 0.118), employment status (sig. 0.375), and the working period (sig. 0.092) with a complete medical resume at wava husada hospital. In conclusion, the filling of a medical resume is not affected by the doctor's knowledge, employment status, and tenure.
