Peserta JKN baik dari kepesertaan PBI dan non-PBI masih banyak yang belum mengetahui adanya aplikasi Mobile JKN. Sementara pelayanan administrasi tersebut sudah bisa dilakukan melaui aplikasi Mobile JKN tanpa perlu datang ke Kantor Cabang BPJS Kesehatan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat kelurahan polehan terhadap aplikasi mobile JKN. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif dengan pendekatan cross sectional. Teknik pengumpulan data dengan cara mengisi kuesioner. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat kelurahan polehan terhadap aplikasi mobile JKN yang memiliki pengetahuan baik (59%) adalah usia remaja akhir, pendidikan terakhir sekolah menengah dan pekerjaan karyawan swasta. kesimpulan dari penelitian ini yaitu, tingkat pengetahuan masyarakat terhadap aplikasi mobile JKN sudah cukup baik. Namun masih harus dilakukan upaya untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan masyarakat teradap aplikasi mobile JKN.

The purpose of this study is to determine the level of knowledge of the community of Polehan Village on the JKN mobile application. The research method used in this study is quantitative descriptive with a cross sectional approach. The results of this study show that the level of knowledge of the sub-district community about the JKN mobile application that has good knowledge (59%) is late adolescence, last secondary school education and private employee work. The conclusion of this study is that the level of public knowledge of the JKN mobile application is quite good. However, efforts still have to be made to increase public knowledge of the JKN mobile application.
