UTD merupakan fasilitas pelayanan kesehatan yang menyelenggarakan donor darah, penyediaan darah dan pendistribusian darah. Jumlah pendonor di UDD PMI Kabupaten Tulungagung secara keseluruhan sebanyak 21.001 pendonor dari 712.015 penduduk Tulungagung yang memiliki usia donor. Hal tersebut menggambarkan bahwa masih rendah minat donor darah di Tulungagung. Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yang memengaruhi minat donor darah dari calon pendonor yang memenuhi syarat di UDD PMI Kabupaten Tulungagung. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif dengan metode kuantitatif menggunakan kuesioner yang dibagikan kepada 93 responden. Hasil penelitian ini terdapat faktor internal dan eksternal yang memengaruhi minat donor responden. Faktor internal yaitu sikap dan motivasi, pada faktor sikap semua responden memperoleh kategori positif, sedangkan untuk faktor motivasi 81 responden memperoleh kategori baik. Untuk faktor eksternal yaitu pengetahuan dan dukungan, pada faktor pengetahuan 91 responden memperoleh kategori cukup, sedangkan faktor dukungan 83 responden memperoleh kategori baik. Dari hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa faktor internal dan eksternal dari responden memperoleh kategori cukup baik. Saran dari peneliti yaitu untuk meningkatan motivasi, pengetahuan, dan dukungan pada calon pendonor bisa dilakukan dengan kegiatan rekrutmen baik secara langsung maupun melalui platform digital. UTD is a health service facility that organizes blood donors, blood supply and blood distribution. The total number of donors at UDD PMI Tulungagung Regency as a whole was 21,001 contributors out of 712,015 Tulungagung residents who were of donor age. This illustrates that there is still low interest in blood donation in Tulungagung. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors that influence the interest in blood donors from prospective donors who meet the requirements at UDD PMI Tulungagung Regency. This research is a descriptive research with quantitative methods using questionnaires distributed to 93 respondents. The results of this study are internal and external factors that influence the interest of donor respondents. Internal factors, namely attitude and motivation, on the attitude factor all respondents received a positive category, while for the motivation factor 81 respondents received a good category. For external factors, namely knowledge and support, on the knowledge factor 91 respondents got the sufficient category, while the support factor 83 respondents got the good category. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the internal and external factors of the respondents obtained a fairly good category. Suggestions from researchers, namely to increase motivation, knowledge, and support for potential donors can be done through recruitment activities both directly and through digital platforms.
