Latar Belakang : Untuk mendapatkan darah yang berkualitas, maka setiap darah pendonor tidak terlepas dari kegiatan pengamanan darah, salah satunya melalui uji saring Infeksi Menular Lewat Transfusi Darah (IMLTD). Uji Saring Hepatitis B merupakan salah satu pemeriksaan IMLTD yang wajib dilakukan. Metode pemeriksaan IMLTD di UTD PMIKota Malang yaitu metode Chemiluminences Immuno Assay (CLIA). Tujuan Penelitian : Penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui gambaran usia dan jenis kelamin pendonor dengan Uji Saring Reaktif Hepatitis B pada UTD PMI Kota Malang tahun 2022. Metode Penelitian : Metode yang digunakan menggunakan metode pengumpulan dokumentasi dengan pendekatan observasi non-participant, yaitu hasil pemeriksaan Hepatitis B reaktif pada darah donor kemudian diidentifikasi karakteristik pendonor darah berdasarkan kelompok umur dan jenis kelamin di UTD PMI Kota Malang tahun 2022. Hasil Penelitian : Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dari 48.812kantong darah yang sudah dilakukan pemeriksaan Hepatitis B, hasil pemeriksaan Hepatitis B reaktif sebanyak 111 kantong darah (23%). Berdasarkan kelompok usia pendonor dengan hasil skrining Hepatitis B reaktif menunjukkan bahwa hasil Hepatitis B reaktif paling banyak terdapat pada kelompok usia 25 – 44 tahun sebanyak 58 orang (52,2%) dan karakteristik jenis kelamin pendonor dengan hasil skrining Hepatitis B reaktif paling banyak terdapat pada laki-laki sebanyak 91 orang (82%). Kesimpulan : Total pendonor darah pada tahun 2022 di UTD PMI Kota Malang sebanyak 48.812pendonor dan terdapat 111 sampel darah yang reaktif hepatitis B (23%). Background : To get quality blood, every blood donor cannot be separated from blood protection activities, one of which is through the Screening Test for Transmissible Infections Through Blood Transfusion (IMLTD). The Hepatitis B Screening Test is one of the mandatory IMLTD examinations. The IMLTD examination method at UTD PMI Malang City is the Chemiluminences Immuno Assay (CLIA) method. Research Objectives : This study was to describe the age and gender of the donor by the Hepatitis B Reactive Screening Test at UTD PMI Malang City in 2022. Research Methods : The method used uses the documentation collection method with a non-participant observation approach, namely the results of reactive Hepatitis B examination on donor blood then identify the characteristics of blood donors based on age group and gender at UTD PMI Malang City in 2022. Research Results: The results showed that of the 48,812 blood bags that had been tested for Hepatitis B, the results of the Hepatitis B examination were reactive as many as 111 blood bags (23%). Based on the age group of donors with reactive Hepatitis B screening results, it was shown that reactive Hepatitis B results were most prevalent in the age group of 25-44 years as many as 58 people (52.2%) and the sex characteristics of donors with reactive Hepatitis B screening results were most prevalent in as many as 91 people (82%). Conclusion: The total blood donors in 2022 at UTD PMI Malang City were 48,812 donors and there were 111 blood samples that were reactive to hepatitis B (23%).
