Diabetes Melitus (DM) merupakan kumpulan penyakit metabolik yang ditandai dengan hiperglikemi akibat kerusakan sekresi insulin, kinerja insulin, atau keduanya. faktor risiko Diabetes Melitus Tipe 2, yaitu gaya hidup sepeti makanan yang dikonsumsi, pola istirahat, aktifitas fisik dan manajemen stress. Faktor yang tak dapat diubah diantaranya usia serta genetik. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Hubungan Asupan Karbohidrat Dan Aktivitas Fisik Terhadap Kejadian Diabetes Melitus Tipe 2. Studi ini dilakukan untuk mengetahui hubungan antara asupan zat gizi makro tersebut. Dilakukan seleksi terhadap 8 artikel menggunakan. Artikel diambil dari data base bereputasi. Delapan artikel dari sumber sekunder Google Scholar. Penyelesaianan diambil dengan memperhatikan PEOS, kemudian artikel dianalisis satu persatu. Tidak terdapat hubungan asupan karbohidrat terhadap kejadian diabetes melitus tipe 2 tetapi terdapat hubungan aktivitas fisik terhadap kejadian diabtes melitus tipe 2. Asupan karbohidrat tidak memiliki memiliki hubungan terhadap kejadian diabetes melitus tipe 2. Aktivitas fisik secara langsung memiliki hubungan terhadap kejadian diabetes melitus tipe 2. Pengkajian selanjutnya diharapkan untuk melakukan pengkajian mengenai hubungan asupan karbohidrat dan aktivitas fisik terhadap risiko diabetes tipe 2 dan faktor apa saja yang dapat mempengaruhi terjadinya risiko diabetes tipe 2 sehingga bisa dijadikan karakteristik responden pada saat penelitian. Diabetes Mellitus (DM) is a collection of metabolic diseases characterized by hyperglycemia due to damage to insulin secretion, insulin performance, or both. Risk factors for Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus, namely lifestyle such as food consumed, resting patterns, physical activity and stress management. Factors that cannot be changed include age and genetics. This study aims to determine the relationship between carbohydrate intake and physical activity on the incidence of type 2 diabetes mellitus. This study was conducted to determine the relationship between the intake of macronutrients. Selection was made of 8 articles using. Articles are taken from reputable data bases. Eight articles from secondary sources Google Scholar. Completion is taken by paying attention to PEOS, then the articles are analyzed one by one. There is no relationship between carbohydrate intake and the incidence of type 2 diabetes mellitus but there is a relationship between physical activity and the incidence of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Carbohydrate intake has no association with the incidence of type 2 diabetes mellitus. Physical activity directly has a relationship with the incidence of type 2 diabetes mellitus. The next study is expected to assess the relationship between carbohydrate intake and physical activity on the risk of type 2 diabetes and what factors can affect the risk of type 2 diabetes so that it can be used as a characteristic of respondents at the time of research.
