Introduksi: Bayi adalah anak yang berusia 0-12 bulan. Bayi akan terus tumbuh dan berkembang dengan sehat sangat bergantung pada proses kelahiran dan perawatanya. Makanan utama dan terbaik untuk bayi sendiri adalah ASI sehingga perlu dipersiapkan sejak janin masih dalam kandungan, pemberian ASI eksklusif penting bagi bayi hingga usia 6 bulan. Dewasa ini jumlah perempuan yang bekerja terus meningkat. Hal tersebut merupakan salah satu faktor ibu tidak memberikan ASI eksklusif dengan berbagai alasan diantaranya malas, beban kerja, cuti yang kurang, sarana prasarana yang terbatas dan tuntutan ekonomi. Penelitian studi literatur ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor pemberian ASI eksklusif pada ibu menyusui yang bekerja dan mempunyai bayi usia 6-12 bulan. Metode: Desain penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif dengan menggunakan studi literatur. Sumber data yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah data sekunder. Literatur penelitian diperoleh dari 3 database yaitu Google Scholar, Garuda dan Research Gate yang diterbitkan dari tahun 2010 hingga 2020. Hasil dan Analisis: Analisis data yang didapatkan dari ke 14 jurnal adalah beberapa faktor yang terkait dengan faktor pemberian ASI eksklusif pada ibu menyusui yang bekerja yaitu mengenai faktor usia, pendidikan, pengetahuan, sikap, persepsi, psikologis, dukungan orang terdekat, dukungan tenaga kesehatan, dukungan tempat kerja dan status pekerjaan. Kesimpulan: Pemberian ASI pada ibu menyusui yang bekerja berkaitan dengan beberapa faktor, didapatkan tiga faktor yang paling mendominasi yaitu usia, pendidikan dan sikap. Tidak kalah penting juga faktor dukungan tempat kerja yaitu tersedianya fasilitas untuk memerah/ menyusui saat di tempat kerja sehingga pemenuhan ASI tetap berjalan dengan baik dan gizi pada bayi dapat tercukupi. The main and best food for the baby is breast milk so that it needs to be prepared since the fetus is still in the womb, exclusive breastfeeding is important for babies up to 6 months of age. Today the number of working women continues to increase. This is one of the factors that mothers do not provide exclusive breastfeeding for various reasons including laziness, workload, lack of leave, limited infrastructure and economic demands. This literature study to determine the factors of exclusive breastfeeding in working breastfeeding mothers who have babies aged 6-12 months. Methods: The research use descriptive design (literature study. The data source used secondary data. The research literature was obtained from 3 databases, there are Google Scholar, Garuda and Research Gate which were published from 2010 to 2020. Results and Analysis: Analysis of the data obtained from 14 journals were several factors related to exclusive breastfeeding factors for working breastfeeding mothers, the factors are age, education, knowledge, attitudes, perceptions, psychology, support from those closest family, support from health workers, support for workplaces and employment status. Discussion: Breastfeeding mothers who work are related to several factors. It was found that three factors were the most dominant, there are age, education and attitude. No less important is the workplace support factor, it is the availability of facilities for breastfeeding while at work so that the fulfillment of breastfeeding continues well and the nutrition of the baby can be fulfilled.
