Beban kerja perawat merupakan seluruh kegiatan atau aktivitas yang dilakukan oleh seorang perawat selama bertugas disuatu unit pelayanan keperawatan yang merupakan salah satu faktor yang mempengaruhi kepatuhan dalam pelaksanaan surgical safety checklist. Tujuan penelitian untuk mengetahui hubungan beban kerja perawat dengan kepatuhan pelaksanaan surgical safety checklist di RSUD Mardi Waluyo Blitar.Metode penelitian menggunakan desain penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional.pengambilan sampel penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling sebanyak 21 orang responden. Pengolahan data dilakukan secara statistik menggunakan uji korelasi Spearman Rank. Hasil penelitian didapatkan beban kerja paling banyak dalam rentag beban kerja sedang sebanyak 8 responden (39%), dan kepatuhan pelaksanaan surgical safety checklist didapatkan hasil paling banyak tidak patuh sebanyak 31 prosedur (80,4%). Hasil analisis data antara beban kerja perawat dengan kepatuhan pelaksanaan surgical safety checklist menunjukkan nilai signifikan (0,000) dengan koefisien korelasi sebesar (0,873**). Dapat diambil kesimpulasj yaitu terdapat hubungan beban kerja perawat dengan kepatuhan pelaksanaan surgical safety checklist di RSUD Mardi Waluyo Blitar. Peneliti selanjutnya disarankan mencari faktor lain yang dapat mempengaruhi kepatuhan pelaksanaan surgical safety checklist.

Nurse workload is all activities or activities carried out by a nurse while on duty in a nursing service unit which is one of the factors that affect compliance in the implementation of the surgical safety checklist. The purpose of the study was to determine the relationship between the workload of nurses and compliance with the implementation of the surgical safety checklist at Mardi Waluyo Hospital Blitar. The research method used a quantitative research design using a cross sectional approach. The sampling of this study used a total sampling technique of 21 respondents. Data processing was carried out statistically using the Spearman Rank correlation test. The results of the study showed that the most workloads in the medium workload range were 8 respondents (39%), and compliance with the implementation of the surgical safety checklist resulted in the most non- compliance with 31 procedures (80.4%). The results of data analysis between nurses' workload and compliance with the implementation of the surgical safety checklist showed a significant value (0.000) with a correlation coefficient of (0.873**). It can be concluded that there is a relationship between the workload of nurses and compliance with the implementation of the surgical safety checklist at the Mardi Waluyo Hospital Blitar. Further researchers are advised to look for other factors that can affect compliance with the implementation of the surgical safety checklist.
