Kata Kunci: tingkat pendidikan, tingkat pendapatan, peserta JKN-KIS, pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan Latar belakang: Data Pukesmas Dongko tahun 2020 menunjukkan bahwa angka kunjungan peserta JKN-KIS lebih rendah daripada kunjungan pasien umum. Sementara itu, data statistik Pemerintahan Kecamatan Dongko menunjukkan bahwa tingkat pendidikan dan pendapatan masyarakat menengah ke bawah. Tujuan: Mengetahui hubungan tingkat pendidikan & pendapatan peserta JKN- KIS terhadap pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Dongko. Metode: Jenis penelitian merupakan deskriptif analitik dengan menggunakan pendekatan cross sectional. Penelitian berlokasi di wilayah kerja Puskesmas Dongko dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 100 responden yang diperoleh dengan teknik purposive random sampling. Instrumen penelitian menggunakan kuesioner. Uji chi square digunakan untuk menganalisis hubungan antar variabel dengan CI = 95% dan nilai α = 0,1. Hasil: Responden dengan tingkat pendidikan tinggi yang memanfaatkan pelayanan kesehatan puskesmas sebanyak 47% dan responden dengan tingkat pendapatan tinggi yang memanfaatkan pelayanan kesehatan puskesmas sebanyak 40%. Hasil analisis bivariat menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan antara tingkat pendidikan (p= 0,000), tingkat pendapatan (p= 0,000) dengan pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan oleh pasien JKN-KIS di Puskesmas Dongko. Kesimpulan: Terdapat hubungan antara tingkat pendidikan dan pendapatan terhadap pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan di Puskesmas Dongko Trenggalek. Saran: Bagi peneliti lain diharapkan melakukan penelitian lebih lanjut mengenai faktor-faktor pemanfaatan pelayanan kesehatan oleh peserta JKN.

Keywords : education level, income level, JKN-KIS participants, utilization of health services Background : The data from Dongko Pukesmas for 2020 shows that the number of visits by JKN-KIS participants is lower than the general patient visits. Meanwhile, the statistical data of the Dongko District Government shows that the level of education and income of the community is middle to lower one. Objective : To find out the relationship of level of education and income of JKN-KIS participants on the utilization of health services at the Dongko Health Center. Methods : This study is classified as descriptive analytic by using a cross sectional approach. The study was carried out in the working area of the Dongko Health Center with a sample of 100 respondents obtained by purposive random sampling technique. A questionnaire was used as the research instrument. Furthermore, chi square test was applied to analyze the relationship between the variables with CI = 95% and a value = 0.1. Results : The respondents with high level of education who utilize health services at the puskesmas were as much as 47% and the respondents with high income level that use health services at the puskesmas were as much as 40%. The result of the bivariate analysis has shown that there was a relationship between education level (p=0.000), income level (p=0.000) and the utilization of health services by JKN KIS patients at the Dongko Health Center. Conclusion : There is a relationship between the level of education and income on the utilization of health services at the Dongko Trenggalek Health Center. Suggestion : Future researchers are expected to conduct further research on the factors of utilization of health services by JKN participants.
