ABSTRAK Sekar Ayu Erlinaningrum, 2020. Pemahaman Mahasiswa Sebelum dan Sesudah Implementasi Modul Pembelajaran Sensus Harian pada Mahasiswa D-III Rekam Medis Dan Informasi Kesehatan Di Poltekkes Kemenkes Malang. Laporan Tugas Akhir D-III Rekam Medis dan Informasi Kesehatan Politeknik Kesehatan Kemenkes Malang. Pembimbing Utama: Achmad Zani Pitoyo, M.Kes., MMRS Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui perbedaan pemahaman mahasiswa sebelum dan sesudah implementasi modul melalui penerapan modul. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif dengan implementasi modul pembelajaran di Prodi D-III Perekam Medis dan Informasi Kesehatan, yaitu pada mahasiswa semester genap Tahun Akademik 2018/2019 semester VI (enam) dengan jumlah sampel 110 mahasiswa. Sampel diambil dengan metode cluster sampling. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan tes awal dan tes akhir untuk peningkatan pemahaman responden selaku mahasiswa. Data penelitian yang didapatkan dianalisis secara kuantitatif dengan uji hipotesis menggunakan uji Independent T-test. Analisa data menggunakan Uji Independent T-test menghasilkan sig < 0,05 maka H0 ditolak sedangkan H1 diterima. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan peningkatan pemahaman mahasiswa terhadap materi sensus harian rumah sakit dengan alternatif media ajar berupa modul pembelajaran. Dengan demikian modul pembelajaran dapat meningkatkan pemahaman mahasiswa tingkat II Prodi D-III Rekam Medis dan Informasi Kesehatan mengenai materi sensus harian rumah sakit. The Understanding of students before and after the implementation of census learning module in Diploma III students of Medical Record and Health Information at Polytechnic of the Ministry of Health Malang. Advisor : Achmad Zani Pitoyo, M.Kes., MMRS This study aims to determine differences in student understanding before and after module implementation through socialization. This research is a quantitative study with the implementation of learning modules in the Diploma III Study Program in Medical Recorders and Health Information, for students in the even semester of Academic Year 2018/2019 semester VI (six) with a sample of 110 students. Samples were taken by cluster sampling method. Data collection is done by pre-test and post-test to increase respondents understanding as students. The research data obtained were analyzed quantitatively by hypothesis testing using Independent T-test. Data analysis using Independent Test T-test resulted in sig <0.05 then H0 was rejected while H1 was accepted. The results showed an increase in student understanding of the hospital daily census material with alternative teaching media in the form of learning modules. Therefore, the learning module can increase the understanding of level II students of the Diploma III Medical Record and Health Information Study Program about the hospital's daily census material.
