Kata Kunci : Perilaku, Imunisasi Dan Pendidikan Kesehatan Di Indonesia program imunisasi, diwajibkan mulai dari anak usia 0-24 bulan sampai imunisasi lanjutan (Depkes, 2018). Imunisasi adalah suatu upaya untuk meningkatkan kekebalan seseorang secara efektif terhadap suatu penyakit, sehingga apabila suatu saat terpajan suatu penyakit tersebut tidak akan sakit atau hanya mengalami sakit ringan (Nur Dian dkk, 2015). Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk mengetahui gambaran perilaku tentang penatalaksanaan efek imunisasi dasar pada bayi sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pendidikan kesehatan. Metode penelitian ini yaitu deskriptif studi kasus dengan 3 subjek penelitian. Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan bahwa perilaku ibu mengalami peningkatan sebelum dan sesudah diberikan pendidikan kesehatan. Pengetahuan ketiga subyek yang kurang menjadi cukup, sikap yang negatif menjadi positif dan kemampuan ibu yang sudah bagus dalam menangani kejadian pasca imunisasi dengan melakukan kompres hangat. Diharapkan petugas kesehatan agar selalu memberikan pendidikan kesehatan tentang penatalaksanaan efek imunisasi dasar secara menyeluruh, dan peneliti selanjutnya agar melakukan penelitian yang sama dengan menemukan anak yang sedang mengalami kejadian pasca imunisasi agar dapat melihat perilaku ibu dalam penatalaksanaan efek imunisasi dasar pada bayi.

Keywords: Behavior, Immunization and Health Education In Indonesia, the immunization program is required from children aged 0-24 months to continue immunization (MOH, 2018). Immunization is an effort to effectively increase one's immunity against a disease, so that if one day exposure to a disease will not be sick or only experience mild illness (Nur Dian et al, 2015). The purpose of this study is to find out the behavioral description of the management of the effects of basic immunization in infants before and after health education. This research method is descriptive case study with 3 research subjects. The results of this study found that maternal behavior increased before and after health education was given. The lack of knowledge of the three subjects becomes negative, negative attitudes become positive and the mother's ability is already good in handling post-immunization events by applying warm compresses. It is expected that health workers always provide health education about the management of the effects of basic immunization as a whole, and further researchers to conduct the same research by finding children who are experiencing post-immunization events so they can see the behavior of mothers in the management of basic immunization effects on infants
