Pelaksanaan program pemantauan perkembangan balita dengan balok SKDN Pelaksanaan program pemantauan perkembangan balita dengan balok SKDN menunjukkan indikator kinerja program gizi di suatu wilayah belum optimal dalam memberi informasi deteksi dini permasalahan yang dihadapi. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah memanfaatkan evaluasi program berbasis web untuk meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi program Kinerja Posyandu di Puskesmas Kota Malang Tahun 2017-2018. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei deskriptif dengan pendekatan retrospective Cohort, dilaksanakan pada tahun 2017 sampai dengan 2020 di Dinas Kesehatan Kota Malang. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah petugas gizi sejumlah 8 responden menggunakan teknik random sampling. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Skor penilaian uji coba kelayakan media oleh ahlli media adalah 83,75%. Sebanyak 87,5% memilih FEP berbasis web lebih efektif dan efisien untuk digunakan dalam mengevaluasi program puskesmas. Hasil penilaian pelaksanaan program kinerja Posyadu menggunakan balok SKDN ditahun 2017-2018 berdasarkan kriteria Progress tahun 2022 untuk jumlah S sebesar 22021,63; K(2.764,19); D (2.331,97); dan N (1.215,35). Nilai adequacy of effort yaitu sebesar 72,05% dan 51,13% untuk indikator K/S; D/K 116,91% dan 114,29%; N/D 96,5% dan 94,47%; D/S 85,3% dan 58,44%; serta N/S 65,03% dan 44,17%. Untuk nilai adequacy of perfomance yaitu sebesar 27,95 dan 48,87% untuk indikator K/S; D/K 16,91% dan 14,29%; N/D 3,5% dan 5,53%; D/S 14,7% dan 41,45% serta N/S 34,97% dan 55,83%. Berdasarkan kriteria sensitivitas dan spesifitas yang termasuk kedalam kategori Archived yaitu program D/K ditahun 2017 dan 2018 (-16,91 dan -14,91), kategori On Track yaitu program N/D ditahun 2017 dan 2018 (3,5 dan 5,53) serta D/S 14,7 ditahun 2017, dan kategori Off Track yaitu program K/S ditahun 2017 dan 2018 (27,95% dan 48,87%); program D/S tahun 2018 (41,56%); dan program N/S di tahun 2017 dan 2018 (34,87% dan 55,83%). Kesimpulan penelitian, media FEP berbasis web layak dan dapat digunakan dengan baik serta memiliki tingkat efektivitas dan efisiensi yang tinggi. Dalam pelaksanaan program, diperoleh pencapain program yang belum mencapai target sehingga perlunya upaya perbaikan agar masalah dapat segera teratasi. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan dukungan yang dapat menunjang keberlangsungan program dan keberlangsungan FEP berbasis web, seperti pengembangan media dengan menambahkan periode waktu yang lebih beragam yakni perbulan, triwulan, dan persemester sesuai kebutuhan petugas gizi. The implementation of the toddler development monitoring program using SKDN blocks shows that the nutrition program performance indicators in an area are not optimal in providing information on early detection of problems at hand. The purpose of this study is to utilize a web-based program evaluation to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of the Posyandu Performance program at Malang City Health Center in 2017-2018. The type of research used is a descriptive survey with a retrospective Cohort approach, carried out from 2017 to 2020 at the Malang City Health Office. The sample in this study were 8 nutrition officers using a random sampling technique. The results showed that the media feasibility trial assessment score by media experts was 83.75%. As many as 87.5% chose web-based FEP to be more effective and efficient to be used in evaluating Puskesmas programs. The results of the assessment of the implementation of the Posyadu performance program using SKDN blocks in 2017-2018 based on the 2022 Progress criteria for the number of S of 22021.63; K (2,764.19); D (2,331.97); and N (1,215,35). Based on the sensitivity and specificity criteria included in the Archived category, namely the D / K program in 2017 and 2018 (-16.91 and -14.91), the On Track category is the N / D program in 2017 and 2018 (3.5 and 5, 53) and D / S 14.7 in 2017, and the Off Track category, namely the K / S program in 2017 and 2018 (27.95% and 48.87%); D / S program in 2018 (41.56%); and N / S programs in 2017 and 2018 (34.87% and 55.83%). The conclusion of this research, web-based FEP media is feasible and can be used properly and has a high level of effectiveness and efficiency. In program implementation, program achievements have not yet reached the target so that corrective efforts are needed so that problems can be resolved immediately. Therefore, support is needed that can support the sustainability of the program and the sustainability of web-based FEP, such as media development by adding more varied periods, namely monthly, quarterly, and per semester according to the needs of nutrition officers.
