ABSTRAK Sintyawati, 2018. Pembuatan Buku Saku Pengkodean Diagnosa Penyakit pada Kelompok Infeksi dan Parasit di Puskesmas Dinoyo Kota Malang. Dibimbing oleh dr. Endang Sri Dewi H. S., M.QIH. Salah satu kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh petugas rekam medis yaitu mampu melakukan klasifikasi dan kodefikasi penyakit masalah-masalah yang berkaitan dengan kesehatan dan tindakan medis. Kegiatan klasifikasi dan kodefikasi di Puskesmas Dinoyo dilakukan oleh dokter dan perawat yang tidak berpedoman pada ICD-10, tetapi berpedoman pada daftar koding dari Data Kesakitan Dinas Kesehatan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui keakuratan kodefikasi diagnosa penyakit pada kelompok infeksi dan parasit sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan buku saku pengkodean diagnosa penyakit pada kelompok infeksi dan parasit di Puskesmas Dinoyo Kota Malang. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan eksperimen semu (quasi experiment) non equivalent control group dengan membandingkan hasil observasi sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan buku saku pengkodean diagnosa penyakit pada kelompok infeksi dan parasit. Instrumen pada penelitian ini adalah lembar checklist, ICD-10, dorland, kalkulator dan kuesioner. Jumlah sampel sebanyak 36 dokumen rekam medis pasien dengan diagnosis penyakit pada kelompok infeksi dan parasit. Dari hasil uji statistik menggunakan Uji Independent Z-Test didapatkan nilai -4,385 sehingga Ho ditolak yang berarti terdapat peningkatan prosentase keakuratan diagnosis penyakit pada kelompok infeksi dan parasit antara sebelum dan sesudah mengaplikasikan buku saku pengkodean diagnosis penyakit pada kelompok infeksi dan parasit. Oleh karena itu, buku saku pengkodean dapat dijadikan alternatif sebagai pedoman dalam melakukan kodefikasi diagnosa penyakit pada kelompok infeksi dan parasit di Puskesmas Dinoyo Kota Malang. Endang Sri Dewi Hastuti Suryandari, M.QIH One of the competencies that must owned by medical recorder is able to classify and codify disease of health related health problem and medical treatment. Classification and codification activities at public health service of dinoyoalways done by doctors and nurses that not guided by ICD-10, but using the coding list from the Public Health Service Data. This research aims to determine the accuracy of codefication of disease diagnosis in the group of infections and parasites before and after using the pocket book of encoding diagnosis of disease in the infection and parasite groups in Public Health center of dinoyo malang. This researchused quasi experiments of non equivalent control group by comparing observation results before and after usingthe pocket book of encoding diagnoses of disease in infectious and parasitic groups. Instruments in this research are checklist, ICD-10, dorland, calculator and questionnaire. The number of samples is 36 medical record documents of patients with diagnoses of diseases in infectious and parasitic groups. From the results of statistical tests using the Independent Z Test obtained score -4,385 which means there is an escalation in the percentage of accuracy of coding in diagnosis of disease in the infection group and the parasite between before and after applying the coding pocket book. Therefore, the coding pocket book can be made as an alternativeguide while coding the diagnosis of disease on infectious and parasite groups in Public Health Center of Dinoyo Malang.
