ABSTRAK Rizky Nur Apriyanti Kartika Sari, 2018. Pembuatan Aplikasi Kodefikasi Diagnosis Penyakit pada Sistem Jantung dan Pembuluh Darah Berdasarkan ICD 10 di Rumah Sakit Baptis Batu. Dibimbing oleh dr. Endang Sri Dewi H.S.,M.QIH. Salah satu kompetensi yang harus dimiliki oleh seorang petugas rekam medis adalah mampu melakukan klasifikasi dan kodefikasi penyakit dengan akurat. Kegiatan klasifikasi dan kodefikasi di Rumah Sakit Baptis Batu belum dilaksanakan secara optimal karena petugas koding kurang memperhatikan kategori ke 3 dan catatan dalam ICD 10 volume 1 saat menentukan diagnosis penyakit jantung dan pembuluh darah sehingga kode penyakit yang diberikan tidak akurat. Penelitian bertujuan untuk mengetahui keakuratan kodefikasi diagnosis penyakit pada sistem jantung dan pembuluh darah sebelum dan sesudah penggunaan Aplikasi Kodefikasi Penyakit Jantung dan Pembuluh Darah di Rumah Sakit Baptis Batu. Rancangan penelitian yang digunakan adalah Pra Eksperimen One Group Pretest and Posttest. Jumlah sampel dalam penelitian inisebanyak 60 dokumen rekam medis dengan diagnosis jantung dan pembuluh darah yaitu masing-masing 30 dokumen rekam medisuntuk pretest dan posttest. Dari hasil pretest didapatkan tingkat keakuratan sebesar 37%, sedangkan dari hasil protest didapatkan tingkat keakuratan sebesar 83%. Analisis statistik uji independent Z-testdengan perhitungan manual dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% didapatkan nilai -3,83 yang berada diluar kurva distribusi normal yang berarti H1diterima sehingga terdapat perbedaan keakuratan sebelum dan sesudah menggunakan Aplikasi Kodefikasi Diagnosis Penyakit pada Sistem Jantung dan Pembuluh Darah di Rumah Baptis Batu. Diharapkan Aplikasi Kodefikasi Penyakit Jantung dan Pembuluh Darah dapat menjadi alternatif untuk menambah keakuratan kodefikasi penyakit jantung dan pembuluh darah. Classification and codification activities at Baptist Batu Hospital have not been implemented optimally because the coders pay less attention to the 3rd category and the note in ICD 10 volume 1 when determining the diagnosis of heart disease and blood vessels so that the given disease code is not accurate. The study aimed to find out the accuracy of the diagnosis of disease diagnosis on cardiac and vascular system before and after the use of Application of Diagnosis Codefication of Disease on Cardiovascular System and Blood Vessels in Baptist Batu Hospital. The research design used was Pre Experiment One Group Pretest and Posttest. Total of samples in this study were 60 medical record documents with heart and vascular diagnosis each 30 medical record documents for pretest and posttest. From pretest result got accuracy level equal to 37%, while from result of protest got level of accuracy equal to 83%. Statistical analysis of independent test Z-test with manual calculation with 95% confidence level obtained value -3.83 which is outside the normal distribution curve which means H1 accepted so there is a difference of accuracy before and after using Application Diagnosis Codefication of Disease on Cardiovascular System and Blood Vessels at Baptis Batu House. It is hoped that Application of Diagnosis Codefication of Disease on Cardiovascular System and Blood Vessels Based can be an alternative to increase the accuracy of codefication of heart disease and blood vessels.
