ABSTRAK Mia Aulia Rahmah Dani, 2018. “Pengaruh Tracer dan Map Berwarna Terhadap Kecepatan dan Ketepatan Penyimpanan Dokumen Rekam Medis di Puskesmas Janti”. (Dibimbing Gunawan, S.Kp, MMRS) Ketersediaan dokumen rekam medis secara cepat dan tepat pada saat dibutuhkan akan sangat membantu mutu pelayanan kesehatan yang diberikan kepada pasien, maka dari itu masalah penyimpanan dokumen merupakan hal yang penting untuk diperhatikan. Berdasarkan studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan oleh peneliti pada bulan September 2017, Peneliti menemukan pada penyimpanan dokumen rekam medis rawat jalan di Puskesmas Janti masih belum menggunakan tracer dan map berwarna untuk rekam medis yang keluar atau dipinjam. Dengan tidak adanya tracer dan map berwarna maka ditemukan kendala-kendala dalam sistem penyimpan diantaranya rekam medis sering terselip atau salah letak dan hilang sehingga dalam pencarian dokumen rekam medis membutuhkan waktu yang lebih lama. Rancangan penelitian menggunakan Pre Eksperimental dengan desain One Grup Pretest-Posttest. Teknik Sampel menggunakan Quota Sampling berjumlah 25 dokumen rekam medis untuk masing-masing Tracer dan Map Berwarna. Hasil yang ditemukan adalah Rata-rata waktu penyimpanan dokumen rekam medis sebelum menggunakan tracer dan map berwarna adalah 57,52 detik. Sedangkan, rata-rata waktu sesudah adalah 30,89 detik. Prosentase tingkat ketepatan penyimpanan dokumen rekam medis sebelum menggunakan tracer dan map berwarna sebesar 68%. Sedangkan, prosentase tingkat ketepatan penyimpan dokumen rekam medis sesudah menggunakan tracer dan map berwarna mencapai 100%. Dari hasil uji statistik menggunakan Uji-T Independen didapatkan nilai sig kurang dari 0,05 yaitu 0,000 sehingga H0 ditolak, dan hasil perhitungan Uji Z menunjukkan -3,085 berada pada kurva penolakan sehingga Ho ditolak dan dapat diartikan bahwa terdapat pengaruh terhadap penggunaan tracer dan map berwarna. Saran yang diajukan peneliti bahwa penggunaan tracer dan map berwarna ini diharapkan dapat dipakai terus menerus oleh perekam medis di Puskesmas Janti agar tidak terjadi kesalahan seperti sebelum memakai tracer dan map berwarna dan juga selalu dilakukan evaluasi setiap bulannya untuk meningkatkan ketepatan dalam penyimpanan. ABSTRACT Mia Aulia Rahmah Dani, 2018. “The Difference of Tracer and Colored Map on Speed and Accuracy of Document Record Storage at Janti Public Health Center”. (Guided by Gunawan, S.Kp, MMRS) The availability of medical record documents needed quickly and accurately will greatly help the quality of health services provided to patients, therefore the problem of document storage is important to note. Based on preliminary study conducted by researcher in September 2017, the researcher found that the storage of in-patient’s medical record documents at Janti Public Health Center still did not use tracer and colored maps for outbound or borrowed medical records. In the absence of tracer and colored maps found that the constraints in storage systems such as tucked medical record oftentimes or misplaced and lost induced the longer time of seeeking the medical record documents process. The research design used Pre Experimental with One Group Pretest-Posttest design. Sampling technique used Quota Sampling amounted to 25 medical record documents for each Tracer and Colored Map. The results shown that the average of medical record document storage time before using tracer and colored map was 57.52 seconds. Meanwhile, the average time after usage of those tools was 30.89 seconds. The percentage of accuracy level of medical record documents storage before using tracer and colored map was 68%. Meanwhile, the percentage of accuracy level of medical record documents storage after using tracer and colored map reaches 100%. From the statistical test using Independent T-Test found that the value of sig is less than 0.05 is 0.000 so H0 was rejected, and the Z Test given result -3.085 which is on the rejection curve so H0 was rejected and can be interpreted that there is influence to the use of tracer and colored map. The researcher recommends that the use of tracer and colored map is hoped to be used continuously by medical recorder at Janti Public Health Center to avoid errors such as before using tracer and colored map and also always evaluated every month to improve accuracy in storage.
