Pengaruh Penyuluhan Dengan Media Poster Dan Leaflet Terhadap Tingkat Pengetahuan Ibu Hamil Tentang Pentingnya ASI Ekslusif Di Desa Srigading, Kecamatan Lawang, Kabupaten Malang. Karya Tulis Ilmiah, Program Studi Diploma III Gizi Malang Jurusan Gizi, Politeknik Kesehatan Kemenkes Malang di bawah bimbingan Ibnu Fajar, SKM.,M.Kes Menurut kementrian kesehatan (2014) Pemerintah telah menetapkan target pemberian ASI ekslusif nasional adalah 80%. Menurut profil kesehatan provinsi jawa timur tahun 2016, capaian ASI ekslusif di Jawa Timur adalah 74,3 %. Dan menurut data Bidang Kesehatan Masyarakat Dinkes Malang tahun 2017 Cakupan bayi mendapatkan ASI ekslusif di Kabupaten Malang tahun 2012-2016 adalah sebagai berikut pada tahun 2012 cakupan pemberian ASI ekslusif sebesar 57%, tahun 2013 sebesar 64 %, 2014 sebesar 66,6 %, 2015 sebesar 64,9 %, dan 2016 sebesar 69,9 %, untuk capaian ASI ekslusif di Desa srigading adalah 70% (data puskesmas Kecamatan Lawang , 2016). Hal ini menunjukan bahwa capaian ASI ekslusif belum memenuhi target pemerintah, yaitu 80%. Belum tercapainya target pemberian ASI ekslusif di Desa Srigading disebabkan oleh pengetahuan yang kurang, berdasarkan studi pendahuluan yang dilakukan pada bulan Desember 2017 – Maret 2018 di Desa Srigading, Kecamatan Lawang Kabupaten Malang menunjukkan bahwa persentase pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang pengetahuan pentingnya ASI Ekslusif sebesar 51% termasuk dalam kategori kurang, dibuktikan dari skor yang diperoleh pada kuisioner tentang pentingnya ASI ekslusif kurang dari 60 %. Tujuan umum dari penelitian adalah menganalisis pengaruh pemberian penyuluhan dengan media poster dan leaflet terhadap penegtahuan ibu hamil tentang pentingnya ASI ekslusif Di Desa Srigading, Kecamatan Lawang, Kabupaten Malang. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Di Desa Srigading, Kecamatan Lawang, Kabupaten Malang. Pada 02 Mei 2018. Jenis penelitian ini adalah Quasi eksperiment dengan desain penelitian One Group Pretest Posttest. Instrumen penelitian yang digunakan adalah lembar persetujuan responden, Soal pretestposttest pentingnya ASI ekslusif, Alat tulis, Poster, Leaflet dan daftar hadir. Sampel yang digunakan adalah 20 ibu hamil di desa srigading. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa terdapat perbedaan sebelum dan sesudah pemberian penyuluhan dengan media poster dan leaflet terhadap tingkat pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang pentingnya ASI Ekslusif. Terdapat pengaruh pemberian media (poster dan leaflet) terhadap pengetahuan ibu hamil tentang pentingnya ASI Ekslusif, dan media yang paling berpengaruh dalam merubah pengetahuan ibu hamil adalah Leaflet. Not to achieving the target of exclusive breastfeeding in the village of Srigading caused by a lack of knowledge,based on a preliminary study conducted in December 2017 - March 2018 in the village of Srigading, District Lawang Malang shows that the percentage of knowledge of pregnant women about the knowledge of the importance of exclusive breastfeeding at 51% included in the category of less, evident from the scores obtained in the questionnaire about the importance of exclusive breastfeeding less than 60%. The general objective of the study is to analyze the effect of counseling with the posters and leaflets against penegtahuan pregnant women about the importance of exclusive breastfeeding Srigading In the village, District Lawang, Malang. The research is a Quasi experimental research design with one group pretest posttest.Instrument study is a consent form to respondents, Problem pretestposttest the importance of exclusive breastfeeding, Stationery, Posters, Leaflets and list of attendees. The samples used were 20 pregnant women in the village srigading. The results showed that there were differences before and after the extension services provided by the posters and leaflets the level of knowledge of pregnant women about the importance of exclusive breastfeeding. There is the influence of media (posters and leaflets) to the knowledge of pregnant women about the importance of exclusive breastfeeding, and the most influential media in changing knowledge of pregnant women is Leaflet.
