Kata kunci : mobilisasi, imobilisasi, pre operasi, post operasi Mobilisasi post Laparatomi yang harus segera di laksanakan untuk mencegah komplikasi imobilisasi, mobilisasi tidak terlaksana dengan baik dikarenakan kurangnya pengetahuan tentang perawatan post operasi. Edukasi pre operasi diperlukan guna merubah perilaku pasien agar dapat beradaptasi dengan keadaan post operasi.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur pengetahuan pasien tentang mobilisasi post operasi laparatomi sebelum dilakukan edukasi,mengukur sikap pasien terhadap mobilisasi terhadap mobilisasi post operasi laparatomi sebelum dilakukan edukasi,mengobsevasi pelaksanaan mobilisasi post operasi laparatomi sebelum dilakukan edukasi. Desain yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah desain pra-ekperimental. Populasi penelitian adalah semua pasien yang direncanakan menjalani pembedahan daerah abdomen,jumlah sampel pada penelitian ini adalah 13 Responden diambil berdasarkan kriteri inklusi.Variabel independent adalah edukasi pre operasi. Variabel dependen adalah pelaksanaan mobilisasi post operasi.pengumpulan datas diperoleh dengan kuesioner, wawancara, dan observasi. Data di analisis menggunakan uji statistik menggunakan Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test dengan nilai kemaknaan α.< 0,05 Hasil penelitian ini didapatkan adanya pengaruh edukasi terhadap pelaksanaan mobilisasi dengan nilai kemaknaan p=0,001, terkait dengan peningkatan pengetahuan dengan nilai kemaknaan p=0,001, dan sikap dengan nilai kemaknaan p=0,001.Dapat disimpulkan bahwa Edukasi pre operasi berpengaruh terhadap pelaksanaan mobilisasi post operasi, terkait dengan peningkatan pengetahuan dan sikap. Untuk penelitian selanjutnya dibutuhkan lebih banyak responden dan alat ukur yang lebih baik untuk meningkatkan keakuratan hasil penelitian.

Mobilization post Laparatomy should be lmplemented to prefent the complications of immobility,mobility has not implemented properly duo to lack of knowledge about the treatment of post surgery.Pre-operation education is necessary to change the behavior of the patient in order to adapt to the state of post surgery.This study aims to messure the patient knowledge about postoperatife mobilization laparatomy prior to education,messures the patints attitude towards post surgery of laparatomy mobilization prior toeducation,to observe implementation post operative mobilization laparatomy before education.The design used in this stydy is a pre-experimental design.The study population all patients who will undergo planned abdominal area surgery,the number of samples in this study will be 13 respondents taken based on criteria for inclusion.The independent variables are education pre-operative.Dependent varabels are implementation post-operatife mobilization.Datas collection obtained by guestionnaires,interviews,and observation.Data were analyzed using ststistical tests using the Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test with a significance value α.< 0,05.The results of this study found that there is the influence of education on the implementation of mobilization with a significance value of p=0,001,associated with increased knowledge with significance value of p=0,001,and attituds with significance value of p=0,001,it can be concluded that the pre-operative education greatly infuenced to the implementation of post-surgery mobilization associated with increased knowledge and attitudes.For further research it needs more respondents and better measuring tool for scaling up the accuracy of the results.
