Simple Random Sampling. The research was done in nine Public Heollh Ce0/er/.^uskesrnas in Kediri E-ask Java: Pus\esmas Campurejo. SuLora/r e, Mncan, b6l0W9ftl, Lola Nilayah Ulara, kota Nilayah Selatan ( North and South c//y area), Pesantren I, Pesantren II and Puskesrnas Nglelih. /t this dlstnbuled /o 80 people which is divided by é0 of lrealrnent group and 40 of
control group.
The data was collected f›rice, before and after treatment. Two instruments were adopted here. They were development Pra Screening Ouestionna ire for the infant and also the observallon sheel. The data was analyzed by descriptive and statistic method to differentiate beMeen bolh group by using Wilcoxon Rank sum lest th Ihe significant average 0,05.
The results showed that lhere was a difference of the infant deve/opment before and
after Ihe method. In the treatment group, by using Wilcoxon Signed Rank Test Ihe range of scorns was p=0,001<0,0J and on the otfierside, the control group can achieve p=0,020<0,05. It is proved that by using Man Nh’Jney, effectiveness can active significantly 0,005 {p<0,0J/.
But, this method was Sald no to effective for the mother and infant intimacy. It can be sham by M.c tlemar that the resell was not signi/icant achieve p—-T,000>0,0S and this also happened by using FisheYs Exact Test th6t cdn only achieve p--f,000>0,05. /t meant that this methode was not effective for the intimacy.
